SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Needs of youth. Requests the Virginia Commission on Youth to identify all current state-funded initiatives that attempt to address the needs of our youth to enable them to become productive citizens and provide guidance on how to facilitate the coordination of existing services and programs, analyze the effectiveness of current efforts, and promote identification and implementation of successful initiatives.
