SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Requesting the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to review certain subdivision street standards. Requests JLARC to review subdivision street standards and the consistency of the statewide application of those standards as they relate to the goal of increasing open space and providing low impact development.

This resolution was continued to the 2003 Session of the General Assembly in the House Committee on Rules.
