SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Electronic communications infrastructure study. Directs the Joint Commission on Technology and Science to study broadening the electronic communication infrastructure across northern Virginia and report the findings and recommendations to the Governor and the 2003 General Assembly.

This resolution was continued to the 2003 Session of the General Assembly in the House Committee on Rules.
