SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Governmental efficiency. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study and monitor all state agencies to ensure that they are operating as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible and that state agencies are eliminating unnecessary functions.

This resolution was incorporated into HJR 159 (McDonnell).
