SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Accounting reporting requirements. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study how the Commonwealth's financial accounting reporting standards relate to comparable standards implemented by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This resolution was continued to the 2003 Session of the General Assembly in the House Committee on Rules.
