SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment; taxation of certain motor vehicles. Exempts motor vehicles used for nonbusiness purposes from the property tax and provides that general law shall provide for at least 15 percent of the state individual income tax to be distributed to local governments.
