SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act. Prohibits smoking in any part of the interior of any public elementary, intermediate, and secondary school. Present law allows smoking in certain designated areas after student activities have been concluded.

Virginia Indoor Clean Air Act. Prohibits smoking in the interior of any public elementary, intermediate, and secondary school; areas within 50 feet of any such building entrance or exit; and outdoor school functions on school grounds where students are present.
