Freedom of Information; record exemption for the Tobacco Settlement Foundation. Provides an exemption from the mandatory disclosure requirements of FOIA for data, records or information of a proprietary nature produced or collected by or for the Tobacco Settlement Foundation as part of study or research of marketing or operational strategies to restrict the use of tobacco products by minors, when such data, records or information have not been publicly released, published, copyrighted or patented.
