SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Tobacco product manufacturers. Provides for the Attorney General to recover costs, expenses and attorney's fees associated with filing suit against a tobacco product manufacturer for failing to follow the escrow requirements under the master settlement plan. This bill is identical to SB 374.
