Department and Board of Housing and Community Development; affordable housing for older Virginians and Virginians with disabilities. Requires the Board of Housing and Community Development to advise the Governor and Housing and Community Development on the expansion of affordable, accessible housing for older Virginians and Virginians with disabilities, including supportive services. The bill also requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to develop a strategy concerning the expansion of affordable, accessible housing for older Virginians and Virginians with disabilities, including supportive services.
