Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2002, and ending July 1, 2005, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation organized exclusively for the purpose of promoting the welfare of the Chickahominy Indian Tribe through educational, economic, social and cultural advancement.
