SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act; waiver of landlord's right to terminate lease. Clarifies that when a landlord accepts rent with reservation he is reserving the right to proceed with lease termination. The bill defines "knowledge of material noncompliance" to mean when the landlord has actual knowledge of a material noncompliance or, from all the facts and circumstances known to the landlord at the time in question, he has reason to know that a material noncompliance exists.
