SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Route 28 transportation improvement districts. Allows property to be included in multiple districts, authorizes the Commonwealth Transportation Board to receive and disburse funds from transportation improvement districts under agreements entered into pursuant to the Public Private Transportation Act of 1995, and eliminates the procedure for abolishing districts through petition by owners of land within the districts.
