SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Accessories after the fact; terroristic acts. Provides that an accessory after the fact to a felony that is a "terroristic act," as defined by § 52-8.5, is guilty of a Class 3 felony. However, if the "terroristic act" results in death, the person is guilty of a Class 2 felony.
