SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

General Assembly; office allowance. Changes the nonvouchered office allowance arrangement to an accountable plan within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code regulations. Members will be required to substantiate their business expenses on a quarterly basis and return any amount in excess of the substantiated expenses.
