SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Driver's licenses; use of social security numbers. Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to assign to applicants for driver's licenses driver's license numbers that are not social security numbers, except when applicants request in writing that their social security number be used as their driver's license numbers.
