SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Real property tax; partial exemption for certain rehabilitated, renovated or replacement residential structures. Removes the requirement that the total square footage of the replacement structures cannot exceed 30 percent of the replaced structure. Instead, the bill allows the locality to establish requirements for the square footage of replacement structures.
