Sex Offender Registry. Requires a person convicted of a second or subsequent violation of an offense for which registration is required to continue to reregister for his lifetime. This provision is an attempt to bring Virginia into compliance with the Jacob Wetterling Act and to avoid the loss of federal funds under that act.
