Alcoholic beverage control; stadium licenses. Allows for the sale of wine and beer during any event, or immediately subsequent thereto, held at such facilities. Currently, stadium licensees are permitted to sell wine and beer during the performance of any professional sporting exhibition, event or performance, or immediately subsequent thereto.
