SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales and use tax exemption; Chesterbrook Academy at Sterling Parent Teacher Organization. Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2002, and ending July 1, 2007, to a 501 (c) (3) organization organized for purposes including but not limited to (i) supporting elementary school programs, (ii) promoting the welfare of children and youth in home, school and community and (iii) promoting understanding between parents, schools and students through an exchange of ideas and topics of mutual interest.
