SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Communications between physicians and patients. Provides that a diagnosis or treatment plan of the practitioner, as documented in the patient's medical record, during the time of the practitioner's treatment, may be disclosed in discovery or in testimony. To be admissible at trial, the diagnosis must be offered at a reasonable degree of medical probability.
