SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Eligibility for certain student participation in interscholastic activities. Virginia High School League (VHSL) student eligibility requirements provide that a student must be "a regular bona fide student in good standing of the school which he/she represents" and that the student "shall be enrolled in the last four years of high school." (VHSL Handbook 2001-2002, Rules 28-1-1; 28-2-1).
