SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of federal funds. Provides that it shall be the policy of the Commonwealth that any monies received by the Commonwealth from federal funding be used for the stated purpose of the grant. State agencies and institutions are required to take appropriate actions to ensure that all federal funding received is in fact used for the stated purpose of the funding. The bill includes an emergency provision.
