SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly; legislative review of regulatory authority and activity. Requires each standing committee of each house of the General Assembly to meet biennially to discuss the legislative intent of the General Assembly regarding the agency's regulatory authority and the regulatory activity of the agency during the preceding biennium.
