SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Alcoholic beverage control; grounds for suspension or revocation of licenses. Allows the ABC Board to suspend or revoke a license where it has reason to believe that a licensee, his employees, or any entertainer performing on the licensed premises has been convicted of a violation of a local public nudity ordinance for conduct occurring on the licensed premises and the licensee allowed such conduct to occur.
