SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Land conveyance. Authorizes the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation to accept, on behalf of the Commonwealth, a conveyance from The Conservation Fund of 16 miles of an abandoned railroad right-of-way in King George County. This property will be developed as a rails-to-trail project and will be managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
