SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Juvenile detention; adults. Rewrites current law to clarify that predispositional detention of persons 18 years of age or older must be in an adult facility unless ordered for a violation of the terms and conditions of release from a juvenile correctional center, in which case the judge may order such detention in a juvenile facility.
