SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
DNA testing. Removes provision that prohibits inclusion of blood samples and results of analysis of the samples submitted to the Division of Forensic Science in the DNA data bank established by the Division.

DNA testing. Provides that lawfully acquired DNA samples obtained in a criminal investigation can be used by law-enforcement officials for comparison with evidence obtained in other crimes.
