SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Uniform Statewide Building Code; effect on local energy efficiency ordinances. Provides that the Uniform Statewide Building Code shall not supercede the building codes and regulations of counties, municipalities and other political subdivisions related to increased energy efficiency.
