SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Conflict of interests acts; General Assembly members. Provides that a General Assembly member, member-elect, or candidate will file a single statement of economic interests pursuant to the General Assembly Conflict of Interests Act. The Secretary of the Commonwealth may obtain a copy of the statement filed with the Clerk of the House of Delegates or Senate if a member is appointed to a position for which filing a statement is required under the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act.
