Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-742.3 as follows:

§ 46.2-742.3. Special license plates for persons awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant has been awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates.
