Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 334 of the Acts of 1928, as amended, Chapter 39 of the Acts of Assembly of 1942, as amended, Chapter 680 of the Acts of Assembly of 1956, Chapters 152 and 463 of the Acts of Assembly of 1958, and Chapter 342 of the Acts of Assembly of 1962 are repealed.
