Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, no truck, truck/semitrailer combination, or truck/semitrailer/trailer combination traveling on Fullerton Road in Fairfax County shall turn from Fullerton Road to travel on Rolling Road (Virginia Route 638) in Fairfax County, nor shall any such vehicle traveling on Rolling Road (Virginia Route 638) in Fairfax County turn from Rolling Road to travel on Fullerton Road in Fairfax County. Violation of any provision of this act shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
