CHAPTER 496 An Act to amend and reenact § 62.1-69.25 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Rappahannock River Basin Commission. [S 116] Approved April 5, 2002

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 62.1-69.25 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 62.1-69.25. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Rappahannock River Basin" means that land area designated as the Rappahannock River Basin by the State Water Control Board pursuant to § 62.1-44.38 and which is also found in the Fourth, Seventeenth, Twenty-fourth, Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-seventh and Twenty-eighth Senatorial Districts or the Fifteenth, Eighteenth, Twenty-eighth, Thirtieth, Thirty-first, Fifty-fourth, Fifty-eighth, Eighty-eighth, Ninety-eighth and Ninety-ninth House of Delegates Districts, as those districts exist on January 1, 1998 2002.
