CHAPTER 408 An Act to require the Department of Corrections to maintain certain sentencing information. [H 596] Approved April 2, 2002

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Department of Corrections shall maintain, on each prisoner sentencing information data form, using the information compiled from the presentence report and the guidelines worksheet, the name of the defendant, the criminal sentencing guideline score, and the criminal sentencing guideline worksheet.
