RULES

2. That upon the effective date of this act, the terms of the citizen members who were appointed prior to the passage of this act shall expire.
3. That of the initial six citizen members appointed by the Governor on the effective date of this act, one shall be appointed for a term of one year, two for terms of two years, two for terms of three years, and one for a term of four years. There after, the Governor’s appointments shall be made pursuant to subsection B of § 2.2-2514.
