Provided further that neither the Eastern Virginia Medical College nor any institute affiliated with the medical college may engage in medical research using human embryos which violates the Nuremburg Code regarding medical experiments governing the protection of human subjects, which code of medical ethics was promulgated as a result of Nazi atrocities involving the intentional killing of human subjects in the course of "so called" medical experiments.
