SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Elections of council members following annexation. Permits the special election for members of council following annexation to be held on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November following the annexation upon the approval of the governing bodies affected and the special court. Currently, such election must be held on the first Tuesday in May following the annexation.
