(SB9)GOVERNOR'S VETO
Pursuant to Section 6 of Article V of the Constitution of Virginia, I veto Senate Bill 9.
Senate Bill 9 which was intended to be identical to House Bill 18, which I have signed into law, contains certain technical errors which cause it to differ from House Bill 18.
Rather than create unintended confusion that would result if both bills became law, I am returning Senate Bill 9 without my signature.
