SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; fiscal impact of the Personal Property Tax Relief Act of 1998. Establishes a select committee to study the fiscal impact of the Personal Property Tax Relief Act of 1998 and its long-range effect on state General Fund. The select committee is to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 15, 2001. This resolution has been incorporated into SJR 387.
