Recognizes the importance to Virginia of the Journey Through Hallowed Ground project, which follows the Route 15 corridor and was created through a partnership among the National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places, Scenic America, the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, the Conservation Fund, the Piedmont Environmental Council, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
