Study; Virginians with disabilities. Requests the Departments of Social Services, Rehabilitative Services, and Medical Assistance Services to study the feasibility of developing a data collection system for Virginia-specific information about persons with disabilities looking toward the possible implementation of the federal "Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999."
