SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Combined precinct registered voter list and pollbook. Extends from July 1, 2001, to July 1, 2003, the time for the State Board of Elections to conduct pilot programs to test the use of one list that combines the functions of the registered voter list and pollbook. The bill also provides for the Board to report its evaluation of the pilot programs to any study committee established by the General Assembly to study this issue and to the General Assembly prior to the 2003 Regular Session.
