SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Department of Employment Dispute Resolution; review of grievance hearing decisions. Removes the authority of the Department of Employment Dispute Resolution to hear appeals of grievances involving patient abuse cases arising at the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. The bill also provides for the appeal of circuit court decisions in special grievances from the Department of Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice.
