SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Drivers less than eighteen years old. Prohibits any driver under 18 from operating a motor vehicle between midnight and 5 a.m. or with more than two passengers under 18 who are not members of his family or household, unless he is traveling to or from school or work. This bill has been incorporated into SB 1329 (Mims).
