SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Urban county executive form of government. Amends the urban county executive form of government (applicable only to Fairfax County) to allow the board to adopt an ordinance that requires a special use permit be obtained for occupancy of single-family dwellings by more than four persons not related by blood, marriage or adoption if the dwelling has living space of less than 2,000 square feet or has fewer than two bathrooms.
