SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemption; The Bristol Concert Ballet Company. Provides a sales and use tax exemption beginning July 1, 2001, and ending July 1, 2006, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation that promotes, encourages, and sustains community interest and education in ballet by, including but not limited to, providing performing experience for advanced ballet students. This bill was incorporated into SB 965.
