Property tax exemption; National Sporting Library, Inc. Grants a property tax exemption to the National Sporting Library, Incorporated, a benevolent and cultural nonprofit organization, for real property owned by the organization and located in Loudoun County and the Town of Middleburg. Exemption is effective January 1, 2001.
