SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Policy of the Commonwealth; use of highways by motorcycles. Prohibits closure by political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of any highway to motorcycles if public funds were used in the highway's construction. This bill is a duplicate of HB 2217 (Stump).
