SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Display of POW/MIA flag. Requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation requiring state officials to display the POW/MIA flag on all state-owned or operated public buildings on Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day and POW/MIA Recognition Day as a symbol of the state’s concern for Americans who were prisoners of war or missing in action or still remain unaccounted for.
